How to order

Ticket orders will only be accepted via post or online. Orders by e-mail or fax cannot be received at the moment.

When to order

The processing of ticket orders will start on 20th October 2012.  Your order should be placed by 20th October 2012 at the latest.

For orders in writing: If you are ordering tickets for the first time, we kindly ask you to apply in writing to the ticket office for the 2013 Festival order form. The completed form should be returned to the ticket office by 20th October 2012.

If you have ordered tickets in the past, you will automatically receive the order form by post. This year you will also receive your individual access code for online booking. If you register at http://ticket.btfs.de, using your personal code, your complete application and booking history will be taken into account, just as in application in writing. Online application will be possible from 11th September 2012.

Attention! If you have not received an invoice by 31st March 2013, then your application has been unsuccessful. No further communication will be sent.

If you order in writing, we kindly ask you to complete the order forms legibly and in full. This makes it substantially easier for us to deal with your requests. If the default order form has been altered or the borders of the fields have not been respected, the form might not be processed and the application becomes invalid.

Please note that in the majority of cases we shall be able to deal with first-time applicants only after a period of several years as the number of applications far exceeds the number of seats available.

The tickets will be delivered as soon as the complete invoice amount is paid.

Tickets cannot be refunded.

Terms of payment

The processing fee for every invoice is 6 euros plus an additional 1,50 euro per ticket.

The payment for the tickets is only possible in euros. Payment can be made with bank transfer or with credit card.

Advance payments cannot be accepted.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OF TICKETS FOR THE 2013 FESTIVAL

In case of payment with a credit card, an additional fee of 5% of the total invoice amount will be charged.

Ticket office during the Festival

During the Festival season, the ticket office opens 2 ½ hours before the afternoon’s performance begins.
