To the death of Graham Clark!

The charismatic character tenor sang more than 100 performances at the Bayreuth Festival between 1981 and 2004. His roles at Bayreuth included David in the “Meistersinger,” Steersman in the “Flying Dutchman,” Melot and Young Sailor in the “Tristan,” Loge and Mime in the Ring of the Nibelung. He has made guest appearances worldwide at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, the English National Opera, the Glyndebourne Festival, the Metropolitan Opera New York, the Opéra Bastille Paris, the Salzburg Festival and the Staatsoper Berlin, among others.
