We would like to kindly remind all festival enthusiasts that there is still an opportunity to place your ticket order for 2020 via our website until October 31, 2019.
If you are missing your paper order form because you may not have received it, or if you received your order form very late this year and the return deadline (October 16, 2019) has already passed – please feel free to contact our Ticket Office (Email: ticket@bayreuther-festspiele.de; Phone +49 921 78 78 780, Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 12 PM). We are sure we can help you, as the processing of received orders has not yet begun.
However, if you want to save yourself the effort of filling out the form, the postage, and the processing fees of €6.00, simply order your festival tickets online. On our website, click the “My Festival” button in the top right corner.
If you have already ordered tickets once or multiple times in previous years, you are “registered” with us, so you do not need to “re-register”, but can “log in” immediately. If, however, this is your first time ordering, we will need some information from you before your order to be able to serve you from now on and in the future.
The process is straightforward: As a registered user, first enter either your customer number or the email address stored with us (both are visible on the order form). Then enter your password. As is common for passwords, only you know it! If you have forgotten it, you can easily create a new one by clicking on “Forgot password?”.
Please take a moment when placing your order and read the “Notes” and further explanations thoroughly. This will help you avoid uncertainties, errors, and ultimately any trouble. You can find all important and necessary information on our homepage under TICKETS & SERVICE (Ticket Order) as well as under “My Festival”.
Should you encounter seemingly insurmountable (technical) difficulties with your order despite all your efforts and diligence, you do not need to despair or give up: simply send a short email to ticket@bayreuther-festspiele.de, describe your problem – and you will receive reliable assistance.
Incidentally, the chances are generally equal for every applicant, whether they order traditionally via paper form or online.
