On June 11, 2017, the online instant purchase of festival tickets will start again at 2:00 PM (UTC+2), as already announced in February.
For most of the 30 performances of Bayreuth Festival 2017, tickets from various price categories will go on sale. These are so-called ‘returns’, meaning tickets that were not paid for by the initial buyers despite reasonable deadlines, or were returned for valid reasons, for example.
Bayreuth Festival hopes that with this renewed online instant purchase, they can cater to all spontaneous Wagner and festival enthusiasts, and furthermore offer all interested parties an additional chance to acquire their desired tickets without waiting times.
