As of today, May 29, 2020, the processing of tickets already purchased for the 2020 Festival begins. All customers with online tickets can find the processing form in their customer account under “My Festival”. An email with additional information has been sent regarding this; please check your “spam” folder if the email did not arrive. All customers who chose postal delivery will receive a letter from the ticket office in the coming days.
