We would like to kindly remind all festival enthusiasts that there is still the opportunity until October 31, 2018 to place your order via our website.
If you have perhaps previously filled out the paper order form by hand in the traditional way, if you forgot or overlooked sending this order form in time (by October 16, 2018) and are now annoyed about the missed opportunity – or if you simply want to try something new and save processing fees at the same time: No problem at all! On our homepage, click the “My Festival” button in the top right.
If you have already ordered tickets one or more times in previous years, you are already “registered” with us, so you do not need to “re-register” but can “log in” immediately. If, however, this is your first time ordering, we require some information from you to be able to serve you from now on and in the future. Afterward, please click “Register”.
The process is very simple: As an already registered user, first enter either your customer number or your email address stored with us (both are visible on the order form). Then enter your password. As is common for passwords, only you know it! Anyone who has forgotten it (which is not uncommon) can easily create a new one by clicking on “Forgot password?”.
Please take a moment when placing your order and thoroughly read the “Notes” and further explanations. This will help you avoid uncertainties, errors, and ultimately any trouble. You can find all important and necessary information on our homepage under TICKETS & SERVICE (Ticket Order) as well as under “My Festival”.
Should you encounter seemingly insurmountable (technical) difficulties with your order despite all your efforts and diligence, please send a short email to ticket@bayreuther-festspiele.de, describe your problem – and you will be reliably assisted.
By the way, the chances are generally equal for every customer, whether they order traditionally via order form or online.
