Unfortunately, we had to find out that you have not yet verified the validity of your e-mail address and thus your customer account.

However, in order to be able to use our online services to the full extent in the future, it is absolutely necessary to verify your e-mail address. The main reason for this is to prevent misuse of your data by unauthorized third parties. You will also need your verified e-mail address to be able to personalise and print your festival tickets from 15 June 2018.

We would like to draw your attention to this year's immediate online procurement of tickets for the Bayreuth Festival 2018, which offers every interested party the opportunity to buy festival tickets directly without ordering procedures and often with a waiting period of several years.

To be able to take part in the online immediate purchase, you need your access data (password and e-mail address).

Since we strive to make the Bayreuther Festspiele accessible to as many interested parties as possible, however, we find it fair to consider those interested parties in the first 24 hours after the start of the immediate online procurement 2018 (18.03.18,2:00 p. m. CET) who were unable to obtain tickets by means of the online or written order procedure.
