Today, 29 May 2020, marks the beginning of the reversal of tickets already purchased for the 2020 Festival. All customers with online tickets will find the form for reversal in their customer account under “My Festival”. An e-mail with additional information has been sent to this effect. Please check your “Spam” folder if the mail did not arrive. All customers who have chosen to have their tickets sent by post will receive a letter from the ticket office in the next few days.
